Leaders will learn what constitutes EI and why it is so vitally important. They will be provided the tools needed to raise their emotional intelligence while keeping awareness of others. Denise Truckenmiller speaks from experience. She has built a solid reputation for moving individuals and organizations from a mindset of reasons, stories, and excuses to “why nots” and “what ifs”. Denise has performed a variety of leadership positions, including chamber of commerce executive director, YMCA camp executive director, director of Human Capital in two rural hospitals, and trainer/consultant for a healthcare system. Denise is a strategic thinker and innovative problem solver.
