City Office Hours Change on August 22

New Office Hours sign

The Sioux Center City Office hours will be shifting to be 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The change will begin Monday, Aug. 22. Previously, the hours were 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

In addition to customer service at the City Office, the City of Sioux Center provides information and assistance in many ways round the clock.

Many city services and bill pay options are also available at all times through the City’s website at www.siouxcenter.org/billpay and the Sioux Center App at onelink.to/siouxcenter. Customers can also share an idea or report a concern at www.siouxcenter.org/askus.

The payment drop box near the front door of the City Office is available to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In case of utility emergencies outside of office hours, people can call 911 to reach the police and the following utility emergency on-call numbers:

  • Natural Gas – (712) 441-1106
(If a gas leak is suspected, leave the building before calling, as it is possible for a phone to ignite leaking gas.)
  • Electric – (712) 722-0921
  • Water – (712) 441-1106
  • Wastewater – (712) 441-2472
